About

We started Invicto because too much hiring stalls halfway.

Resumes go unanswered. Candidates wait weeks for feedback. Managers lose good people to faster companies. We think most of that is fixable if someone actually owns the process.

Our story

Invicto Service LLC began as a small recruiting team filling IT and non-IT roles for US companies. Early on we noticed something: the IT professionals we placed often came back months later, between contracts, asking for help with their resume or interview practice.

So we started doing that too. Today we work both sides of the table. Companies hire us to find people; IT professionals hire us to help them get found. Each side makes us better at the other.

We're deliberately not the biggest firm you could call. Every client and candidate has one named consultant, and that person stays with you until the work is done.

Our mission

Make hiring faster and fairer for US employers, and give IT professionals the preparation and visibility to win the roles they deserve.

What we believe

Four rules we try to work by.

Say it straight

If a role is underpaid or a resume isn't ready, we say so early. It saves everyone weeks.

Finish the job

Invicto is Latin for “unconquered.” We picked it because we don't drop hard searches.

Think long term

Most of our clients come back. We'd rather lose a quick fee than a long relationship.

Get better at it

We review every placement that went wrong and change how we work because of it.

So far

A short timeline.

  1. 2024

Invicto starts with a small team recruiting for US clients, IT and non-IT.

  2. 2025

We add career support after candidates kept asking for help between projects.

  3. Now

Recruiting and coaching side by side, still with one consultant per client.

Tell us what you're working on.

A twenty-minute call is usually enough to know whether we can help. If we can't, we'll say so and point you somewhere that can.
