We provide recruitment process outsourcing to organizations, and career support services to individuals. The scope, deliverables and fees for each engagement are described on our website or in a written agreement.

No guarantee of employment

Career support services are designed to improve your chances of securing a role, but we cannot guarantee interviews, offers or employment. Hiring decisions are made solely by employers.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate and truthful information about your experience, skills and work authorization.
• Attend scheduled sessions and interviews, or give reasonable notice if you can't.
• Use our materials and coaching for your own job search only.

Fees and payment

Fees are listed on our website or in your agreement and are payable as stated. Placement plans may include a success fee that becomes due after you accept an offer, as set out in your written agreement. Refunds are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Your data

How we handle your personal information, including our promise never to share your CV without your permission, is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

Website content, templates and training materials belong to Invicto Service LLC and may not be redistributed.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid for that service.
