We want you to feel confident buying from Invicto Service LLC. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.

Before work begins

If you cancel within 48 hours of purchase and before any work has started, you'll receive a full refund.

After work begins

Once work has started, refunds are prorated based on the deliverables not yet provided. Completed deliverables, such as a finished resume or a mock interview that has already taken place, are non-refundable.

Placement plans

Enrollment fees for placement plans cover profile preparation and marketing that begin immediately, and are refundable only as stated in your written agreement. Success fees are due only after you accept an offer.

How to request a refund

Email info@invictoservices.com with your name, the service you bought and the reason for your request. We reply within 3 business days, and approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
