For companies · Recruitment outsourcing

We run your hiring, IT and non-IT, so your managers can get back to managing.

You decide who gets hired. We do everything around that decision: finding people, screening them, scheduling interviews, handling offers, and checking in after they start.

Three ways to engage

Pick the setup that matches how you hire.

Most clients start with a project and move to full-cycle once they've seen how we work. Some never do, and that's fine.

Full-cycle

We act as your recruiting team: planning headcount with you, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and the first week of onboarding. Usually a monthly retainer.

Project

A fixed number of hires on a fixed timeline. Good for a new team, a new office, or a funding-round hiring push.

On demand

Extra recruiters when your own team is stretched. Billed per role, and you can stop any month.

The process

What happens after you sign.

  1. STEP 01

    Intake

A call with the hiring manager. We write down what a strong hire looks like, the salary range, and what would rule someone out.

  2. STEP 02

    Sourcing

Job boards, our own network, and direct outreach to people who aren't actively looking.

  3. STEP 03

    Screening

A skills interview with someone who knows the field, plus a reference check, before anyone reaches your calendar.

  4. STEP 04

    Interviews & offer

We schedule, collect feedback within 24 hours, and handle the offer and counter-offer.

  5. STEP 05

    Onboarding

We stay in touch with the new hire through their first weeks, which is when most early resignations happen.

Before and after

What usually changes in the first couple of months.

Before

  • Hiring managers screen dozens of resumes
  • Candidates wait a week for feedback and take other offers
  • A percentage of salary for every agency hire
  • No one is quite sure how many people are in the pipeline

With Invicto

  • They meet three or four people who've already passed a skills screen
  • Feedback goes back within 24 hours
  • A flat monthly fee or a fixed project price
  • A Friday report with names, stages and blockers
